Merve Soyhan established Soyhan Law Firm in 2017. She graduated from Istanbul University in 2004 and get LL.M from UK about Maritime Law and International Commercial Law on a full scholarship. She get MA degree from Marmara University European Union Instituion on EU law and she especially keen on corporate governance of the companies through her post graduate life both in UK and in Turkey. She did lots of researchs on a comparative level and her post graduate thesis is published by Lambert Academic Publishing in 2010 as it is found as different view to corporate governance practices in the EU, UK and Turkey.
Since 2005, Merve Soyhan actively provides consultancy services to leading companies in Turkey and in the world in fields such as International Commercial Law, Companies Law, Law of Obligations. She continues to work as a consultant and manager particularly in projects on mergers and acquisitions, and investment projects both foreign companies and local companies under the Soyhan Law Firm.
